Winview is an application that allows you to customize certain parts of your computer including the recycle bin, Windows folders and Windows tips. It differs from the average customisation tool because it does slightly more complex tweaks that only the really quick eyed user will notice, anyway, give it a try. It comes with Install and Uninstall with no time period.

The first Winview was originally designed when a few people I know complained about a certain feature in Windows 98 where whenever you enter the Windows or System folder, you are asked if you really want to 'Show Files'. This became very annoying after a few months of 98 so Winview will remove the annoying on both windows.
